I am a retired Federal Probation Officer with over 20 years of experience and a retired U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer. During my tenure as a United States Supervisory Probation Officer, I developed a keen insight into common errors found in presentence investigation reports (PSRs).

I do not offer legal advice, but will work with defense attorneys to ensure that presentence investigation reports prepared by the federal probation department are scored correctly. I will also identify any possible mitigating factors that may warrant a downward departure. I will also work directly with defendants who are awaiting sentencing.
